PAYMENT,
CANCELLATION
AND REFUND
POLICY

Payment & Cancellation Policies:
All payments for sessions and/or packages are required to be made by the customer prior to the start of any appointments.

No refunds are given for no call – no-shows or participants sent home early for disciplinary reasons.

You can cancel your training subscriptions at any time. You must cancel before the start of your next billing cycle to not be charged for the following month. If you cancel after you have already been charged for a month no refund will be issued for the remainder of the month but you will still have until the end of your billing cycle to attend your allotted training sessions.

Private/Semi-Private Training Cancellation Policy:

A customer that has made an appointment for a session may cancel or change the time of their session provided that a minimum of 24-hours’ notice is given. Customers will be charged for the full cost of the session on any late cancellations or no-show appointments. Customers who have reserved a private training package will not be able to retain the missed session for any late cancellations or no shows.

We understand that emergencies can occur so clients will be given 1 late cancellation/late reschedule waiver per package they reserve.

TI Skills Academy

Our group skills academy is a subscription-based service. Once you subscribe, members are automatically charged a monthly fee for the duration of the current program. This subscription allows them to participate in a consistent training schedule at least 1 practice a week along with other program incentives. An account is created on our site where customers can cancel their subscription at any time. You must cancel before the start of your next billing cycle to not be charged for the following month. If you cancel after you have already been charged for a month no refund will be issued for the remainder of the month but you will still have until the end of your billing cycle to attend your allotted training sessions.

Refunds and Returns

Private/Semi Private Training

Our private training operates on a monthly or quarterly subscription model. If you purchase a private training package you are at liberty to schedule and attend your allotted lessons each month or quarter. If you purchase training and fail to attend those sessions by the end of the month or quarter, no refund will be issued and no sessions will rollover to the following month or quarter. No single appointment refunds are given for no-shows or participants sent home early for disciplinary reasons

Camps/Clinics

All camp cancellations, for any reason, will be assessed a $25 processing fee. If the cancellation is made within 14 days of camp, except for injury, you may receive a full camp refund minus the $25 processing fee. A camper departing camp early due to an injury or illness in the first half of camp will receive a prorated refund minus the $25 processing fee. No refunds are given for no-shows or campers sent home for disciplinary reasons.

Physical Products

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at [email protected] with details of the product and the defect.

Expiration Policy:
If you purchase training session(s) you are at liberty to schedule and use or attend that service within your monthly or quarterly time frame. After that, your package or training session(s) will expire and there is no rollover.

TI Skills Academy

Regarding training programs, camps or academies, NO CREDIT/SESSION CARRY OVER – ALL SESSIONS MUST BE COMPLETED BY THE END OF THE PROGRAM DURATION (IE – if you buy a session package for our Fall Academy all sessions must be utilized for the fall academy and will NOT be rolled over into the winter academy)
